Sorry I haven't been posting...

Sorry I haven't been posting lately... I had really nothing of importance to write about and I wasn't in a writing mood. I'm still not, but I thought I was ignoring you guys.

Last week I had acro camp. Acro is gymnastics for dancers and it's basically tumbling. Acro camp was very fun and I learned how to do a back kick over.

Yeah...I have all of my school supplies...I've had them for a while now...I got a pollyfile even though it didn't say so HA! Bad to the bone...

I have spent about a week obsessing over Divergent and Insurgent and I found the funniest picture (I put it below)

Anyways school starts next Wednesday for me... I am happy to go back and do SOMETHING, but I really really really really really REALLY don't want to wake up early...bleh

Omg I thought of something a few days ago. It's factions for each day of the week! So Monday is Abnegation, Tuesday is Amity, Wednesday is Erudite, Thursday is Candor, Friday is Dauntless, and the weekend is FACTIONLESS!!!!!! I am a genius.

Song writing and singing

Ok, so I love singing (I'm not very good and never want to sing in front of anyone ever) and I try to write songs. I wrote one sort of good song like 5 years ago...yeah. I love poetry and reading so I take some things from good books and write some poetry. I don't write songs or poetry very often, but I want to try to write some more before the summer's over (because I can guarantee that I won't have any time once I go to middle school and back to regular dance). Omg I swear I talk about her all the time (or maybe it's just on my mind a lot), but Bridgit Mendler's album has inspired me to write more because I just love her songs. I am legit singing and thinking about the lyrics all the time....

I'm trying to write a love song, but it's not going so well since I'm 12 (I pretend to be characters from books for inspiration lol)

Anyways I got these lyrics from Divergent on pg 143 I tweaked and added to them. 'Something about you makes me feel like I'm gonna to fall or turn into liquid or burst into flames I know it sounds crazy but I love it anyways'

More Desperation!!!!!

I am listening to songs that remind me of Divergent {I was reading Divergent while listening to these songs, silly me} and I don't have Divergent to reread at the moment so right now I fell like there is a hole in my heart. I will not spot listening though because I love these songs.

Alright I am going to admit it, I fall in love with fictional characters {*cough* *cough* Tobias}. I just do, and I can't help it because they are so perfect!!! Why can't my life be like a fairytale *sigh*

Desperate

Ermehgerd {omg} I am DESPERATE, DESPERATE I TELL YOU, DESPERATE(!!!!!!!!!!!!!) FOR INSURGENT!!!!!!!!!! Imma cry. :'( I am stuck rereading good parts {aka any part with Four, I may or may not be in love with him...yeah I have a bad habit of falling in love with fictional characters...} of Divergent over and over over and over over and over over and over and over again. Blehhh. I'm also trying to read as much of Insurgent on the internet as it will allow.

I had solo choreography again today and I had ZERO energy. Then I had to do it on pointe (!!!!!!) and my feet still hurt {I haven't been on pointe since June}. At one point I just kept saying to myself {in my head of course} "If you get through this, you will get to meet Tobias {no one reads my blog except for Delaney and she knows his name so yeah :P}" now I'm wondering WHERE IS MY TOBIAS?!?!??!?!? Ermehgerd, I told you I was desperate {and a bit miserable because I don't have Divergent with me}

The last few days and today

On Monday I had my friend over and I made her listen to Bridget's album {luckily she liked it}. Then we went down to my basement because it was hot and I had all of the windows closed, because I'm a freak about that {plus she's only 11 so I have to protect her...yup} and we talked and looked at my blog {this thing here}.

On Tuesday {yesterday} I spent my afternoon at Hampshire Hills. It was hot where I was sitting so I read, swam, and ate {the 3 most important things of summer, right?}. It was fun!

On Wednesday {today duh} I had solo choreography at dance and apparently I'm going to be on Pointe...I don't think so...oh well...

Btw top of the world, city lights, quicksand, and the fall song describe Divergent pretty well {well maybe just the romance part and being Divergent}, or maybe it's all in my head...

I finished Divergent yesterday!!!! It's amazing and if you like future, romance, dramatic, intense, AMAZING books you should read it!!!! ASDFGHJKL!!!!!!

OMG NOW I NEED INSURGENT!!!! {OOPS CAPS LOCK again ;) } My library doesn't have it available at the moment so I have to wait, but I'm on the list. I was also on the list for Divergent and then I found it, amd forgot to take myself off the list...oops...

Bridget Mendler's album {Hello my name is} is amazing!!!!!!! I was listening to it when I was reading Divergent so now it reminds me of Divergent....yup.

I finished How to Rock Braces and Glasses. I think they made a show based off of the book called How to Rock, it's much different though.

School

I really wish school would start. I am so excited to go back to school shopping, but I have to wait. I also need a new backpack, stuff for my locker and mini everything for my locker!!!!!!!

Guys I really want to read divergent but at my library it's checked out!!!!!! How rude!!!!!

I am OBSESSED with full house! My cousins have a DVD of the episodes. I thought it was all 8 seasons, but when I borrowed it, it was only season 1 and 3. On Nick they play full house, but they are still on season 3!!!! Maybe tonight season 4 will start....... I was unable to see all of season 2 because I was in Maine and Nick doesn't come in in my house in Maine (wow that's a lot of ins)

My day so far...

My day has not been very interesting. I woke up late and went to my mom's office since I had nothing else to do. Then I went to my dance studio (which is very close to the office, so I walked) to pick up the DVD of our latest performance and I watched it. Now I'm helping my mom out stuff in bags.

My friends had to cancel our cookout tonight :'(...

Ziplining

I went ziplining earlier today and the weather was good!!!! Yay!!!! It was wicked fun and time flew by while I was flying through the air.

We were up in the White Mountains so on our way home, my dad took about a million pictures of them.

I also finished Holes at 4:59 pm today. It's a really good book and a quick read [I read chapter 12-50 in two days the rest I read in 5th grade and library class last year (6th grade)]. I think my dad is going to read it now because I have it for a little less than 3 more weeks.

Oh boy, now I get to How to Rock Braces and Glasses!!!

Later we went to some outlets and had dinner at a diner.

Tic Tac

I eat orange tic tags before I blog. I like the orange ones because they're not minty (I don't like mint) and they taste good.

I meant to post this yesterday, but I forgot...sorry.

I went to the library yesterday and got How to Rock Braces and Glasses (both of which I have... I know, total nerd) and Holes. I'm reading Holes right now and I'm almost done.
I started reading Holes in library class when we got to browse books, but I only got to chapter 12. I am now on chapter 33 or something.

Today I'm going ziplining, but it keeps going on and off with the rain. It was raining about two minutes ago and we had to put the top up (I am riding in a convertible) and now I feel like I'm in a clown car.

Last Week

Last week I was at dance intensive. Dance intensive is something that I do in the summer to keep myself dancing since I don't have regular class right now. I was there Monday thru Friday for 7 hours a day (that's 35 hours of dance this week for those keeping score at home). At my dance intensive we do a lot of different kinds of dance from ballet to lyrical hiphop to partnering and musical theater. I was really sore, but it was fun.

I also did the Fairytale Festival on Saturday, which was awesome. The theme this year was under the sea, which was perfect because we had just done the Little Mermaid for our end of the year show! At dance intensive we went over the dances we were going to do for the show. Our dances were water, mermaids, crabs, sharks, police fish, and Ursula's eels.

At the festival they were having trouble with our music, so my dance teacher had to run to our studio and get a backup, pushing our dance to a later slot. When my teacher got back we had to rush to the stage and dance. We all got snow cones (they're free there) and I'm pretty sure I had at least five :)
